Choosing clinic management software: a practical checklist
What to check before you pick clinic management software: Arabic support, booking, reminders, multi-branch control, permissions, data isolation, reports and a real trial.

Start with your daily workflow
Before comparing features, write down how a normal day runs at your front desk: how patients book, how they are reminded, how check-in works and where visit notes go. The right software fits that day; the wrong one forces your team around it.
Language and right-to-left support
If your patients and staff use Arabic, the system must work properly right-to-left, not as an afterthought. Check the patient booking flow and printed documents in both Arabic and English.
Booking and reminders
Look for online booking that follows real doctor schedules and blocked times, and reminders on a channel your patients read, such as WhatsApp. Both reduce phone calls and missed appointments.
Branches, roles and data isolation
If you have, or plan, more than one branch, check that every branch runs on the same tools with one view of the network. Staff should see only what their role needs, and each clinic's data must be isolated from others.
Patient records and reports
The patient record should keep visits, prescriptions, lab and radiology orders and follow-ups together. Reports should show appointments, completion and no-show rates so you can act, not just store data.
Transparent pricing and a real trial
Prefer published plans whose limits match your size (doctors, branches, staff) and a free trial on your own clinic, not just a sales demo. aiadatak offers a 14-day free trial with no card, and plans are listed openly on the pricing section.
